I haven't done any ORM but wanted to get in to this field i've mainly been doing SEO but got some questions about goolge review, i know that google is pretty smart now a days but i was wondering if creating 10+ google accounts would help me to give my clients good reviews, when looking at my clients they have an average of 20 reviews if i create 10 accounts and rate them 5 stars that will increase their average by a lot. Is there things i need to think of while doing this? what are the risks? should i create g accounts or buy? Looking forward to hear from you experts as i am thinking of scraping 3- businesses and try to rate them am I completley out of date in this business?

It depends on your location and business model. If you're in the US, the FTC has pretty harsh guidelines about fake reviews. Regarding your actual question, Google will know your IP and know that you have all 10 accounts on the same IP and likely ban them all eventually.

Well mod said everything which means you can just do every thing from different ip's
