Reviews not showing on new GMB page

Hi all

Im working with a plumber in the UK. They serve a wide area, and have staff based in multiple towns.

As their office address is in one town, but they have staff located in multiple areas, we were struggling to get visibility outside of the main town theyre located in.

I set up a new GMB page about a month ago with the key member of staff for a different town, to increase rankings for Plumber _ town name.

Verified the page, and got it ranking.

The page has been live around 5-6 weeks now. We've generated multiple legit reviews but NONE are showing. There are 0 reviews showing for the new page. However when a customer leaves a review for the older page it shows straight away.

Any ideas as to why the new GMB listing is not showing reviews.

I even tested this and put a review from my personal gmail account - and it is still not showing on the business page. Yet when i go on my personal page it says i've already left a review for this business.

Any advice on how to get these reviews showing would be greatly appreciated.

It's a service based business so customers don't come to the business - the business travel to their home to provide a service. Both GMB pages have physical locations. The original page has the office address. The new page has the key member of staffs home based office as the address.

In the insights of GBP is there calls logs?
If the insights are not strong reviews won't stick and as of now you tried many reviews and none got live it also spam the business.
First of all get the strong insights of the GBP and after that try it.

Strong insights as in more clicks, impressions of the page etc?

Yes calls, directions, clicks

Been having this problem for the past month as well. I even ordered a service and couldn't get their reviews to stick and had to get refunded.

Have you had any luck solving it?

If you place a 1 or 2 star review on the GBP it will stick and usually unlock the reviews. I have been doing this with success for a while. Post the negative review, never too negative. Respond from GBP, go back and edit review with resolution info.

I saw your other post about you problem. Is there anyway you can share in private your gmb? You saying that even a service you ordered failed to leave a review that stick, this is very interesting.

Maybe because of Some Footprints
