    My two cents:

    • I think you need to work on your broken links.
    • Sidebar widgets are overlapping your content.
    • Your Menu bar below the logo is unfinished (Tutorials -> Sub Menu).
    • Get a good logo, designed by experts. There are few in Fiverr (PM me, I can offer you some good reference.)
    • Personally I like Wordpress for blogging. Blogger is too rigid.

Don't giveup, you have made a good start.
    • Get some good backlinks.
    • Build your email list.
    • Your content seems to be OK, but do work on some onsite SEO like keyword density check, Header tags check, Alt tags check.
    • Work on your web 2.0 properties like a good FB fanpage.

I am currently working on my own blog on a similar niche so if you need help in getting qualilty backlinks, do get in touch with me. I have some untapped source where you can explore. (As I did !)
Trust me on this, tough times have gone. You have survived the initial onslaught of "Getting a good start". Keep on the work though the pace seems slow, you may hit the silver line soon.

    Enjoy.

    Some things you can do....

    1) Put together or download a decent 'making money online' guide then offer this FREE to your visitors using a nice big Optin form to your visitors on the sidebar.

Use Aweber or Getresponse...nice big headline: "Download FREE - How To Make Money Online Guide".

You slowly build your email list and then start sending them small regular tips and news info in between sending them some other PAID make money online guides for which you get a commission.

    2) Change your profile pic to something more casual....looks like a dating site pic and most of your visitors are prob straight guys so no need for the unbuttoned shirt sexy pose!

    3) Remove the Tag cloud in footer

    4) Build links targeting make money online keywords

    5) Content is overlaping on page.

    6) Go to Fiverr.com and look for the best rated $5 seo services and offer these services for $15 or $20 on your site. When someone order from you, they pay you $20, you pay the Fiverr gig $5 and you just made an easy $15 per order.

Your content is not nearly as good as it needs to be to attract the high value readers and subscribers. There are random, cheesy stock images everywhere and the English is clearly written by a foreigner. That is an instant turn-off to a lot of valuable readers and search engines.

What you need are savvy, US-based writers to churn out your content. The domain and site design itself is fine, but it's the content that makes me feel turned off by the website.

In my opinion, I think you should edit your CSS a bit, and make yourself a decent looking logo. Some things overlap, and the current logo is just too plain.
