    Hi all,
While browsing through internet I came up with the term, Reverse SEO.
Reverse SEO is the process of removing the websites from the first pages results of google other than your own website.
It is an Online Reputation Management (ORM) tool of SEO Experts who manage ORM.

I am very impressed that such concept is exists. My question is, is there any algorithm of google working to make a check on that? Any tool to watch that no-one can misuse this tool against highly ranked, quality websites?

So this will basically remove competitors websites from the top of the ranks?

I thought that "Reverse SEO" is analyzing your competitors and using their SEO methods?!

Long story short: "It works, but not for long". Google usually catches on and restores SERP after it takes it. :3

    Two things.

    1. Reverse Engineering SEO (Whitehat)
Look at top competitor's on and off page SEO and mimic or do something similar.

    2. Negative SEO on competitor sites (Blackhat)
Use techniques to remove top competitor's sites (usually happens in competitive niches) from the search results. May seem tempting to do, but remember there is such a thing as karma. ;)

I think Jack Humphrey mentioned this in his backtrack seo.
