The concensus is Revenyou having better CR, and Amonetize - better payouts per install.
You'll probably have to test both (and some others) to determine which works best for you. Keep in mind the total profitability for those PPI networks have went down a cliff the past couple of months, and PPD or other forms of monetization are usually more worth it.
