Revenyou question

Hi, I uploaded a setup file on Revenyou and got a download page with the green button where I can download a file with the name "Product..." Now I don't know what I have to do, should I upload that file on mediafire or something like that? Or is there a link to the file download?
Another question: if I upload a setup file that is different from the thing people want to install will I get banned?

Download the file from their website and upload it somewhere.

You won't get banned if you do not generate fake installs.
