Has anyone seen a shift in eCPM due to a traffic shift from Desktop to Mobile? If so, can you share what sort of eCPM/CPC changes you have seen, as well as what changes you have made to your sites (i.e. optimizing for mobile)?

eCPM is totally based on the ad format and the offer you run.
One partner that I work with get $0.6 mobile eCPM from his inline Adsense banner.
After we changed it to a pop-up and run iOS/Android game offers, it went up to $2 - $3 eCPM.

So to answer your question, mobile has a potential to convert better than desktop.
But you need to make sure the ad layout is optimized for mobile and find the right offer to run.
