reupload flagged video without editing?

i had a video that got flagged so i decided to reupload it to a new account without making any changes to it (plus same description,name and thumbnail), is it more likely to get flagged?

you're right, but whats the quickest and best way to edit it ? new title and description, or would you also need to mirror the video and change thumbnail?
 
Change the thumbnail, New Title and New Description and upload it with a new account. Try it may be it works
