Result-Focussed Facebook Ad Management – New Customers on Autopilot

    You keep hearing stories of campaigns that 'worked' previously, but don't deliver the same results now.

    Why does it happen & is it normal?

    Yes, it's normal for ads to lose their performance over time.

    The top reasons are:

    1. Creative fatigue
    2. Audience exhaustion
    3. Non-exclusion of warm audiences

    Apart from these market conditions, trends & seasons play a part as well. Not to forget many other minor technical variables in the Campaign Setup which effect the end result.

    The client in this case had a similar issue. His ads worked well during the last shopping season & starting of 2019. However, the performance deteriorated later.

    Even though his creative was old and having spent 5-figures on ads, he still had enough audience to scale his campaigns.

    We polished his creative (using same post/creative as before doesn't sit well with Facebook in our experiences), organised the audience in order to not show the ads to the previous ones & voila!

    This is not to say that all campaigns can be revived. Multiple factors have to come together. You could be required to make changes to your landing pages/websites, add more analytics, run some tests (that can fail).

    I have been messaging prakhar on skype since 5/20 and not getting any reply. Not sure why he is ignoring a past customer. All I asked were some Qs but have not gotten any replies. All I need are a yes/no on if they can do a certain campaign. I have used his services many times and they are hard workers so this isn't like him
