    Bro, keep it simple :)

BHW is great I know, but sometimes it's bad to know that there are all sorts of software to do all kind of stuffs.

For example: blocking your own access to BHW :p

    Here is a solution.

    Hardware needed:

    - A pen
    - Paper

Write down a MUST-DO list (NOT a To-do). These are the 5 - 7 most important things you NEED/HAVE TO/MUST do no matter what (the things that will be productive and build your business).

Wake up, have something to eat, brush your teeth & have a shower.

Next, take that list and follow it to the T. Don't do anything else until you've completed everything's that on the list.

    When you're done, go on BHW :) . Set a timer for 30mins - 1hr.

    Then do family stuff.

Just before going to bed, write down your MUST-DO list for next day.

    REPEAT :)

This is what i do. just write in blackhatworld.com and read through the list of threads and see if there are anything interesting or not. if i find some i go through it. if not back to something important.

    This doesn't take much. ;)

and don't bother going through bogus threads. it just wastes time.

I've got quite a few "time suck" sites on my hosts file. Great way to keep productivity up

that and i also keep my senuke / scrapebox / tweet attacks type activity on separate boxes in another room - that way there's nothing flashing / going on on a screen right in front of me and I can focus
