(Resolved) Shitlist Against Jiftech For Non-Delivery

@jiftech, do you think you could provide a 1 week TAT like you did last time? Regardless of any new clients you have or who deleted the site, you have one dissatisfied client here who paid you 18 days ago that should take precedence over anyone else, especially considering the circumstances. I'm sure you can imagine an unresolved shit list thread being up about you doesn't look great to prospective clients, either.

You have 24 hours to respond. If you do not respond in 24 hours, your marketplace threads will be temporarily closed with a notice linking to this shit list thread.

@TerryPrince, have you provided Jiftech with the "complete information" he requires to start building the website? If you haven't, please do so as soon as possible.

As a reminder to everyone, Thursdays and Fridays are my weekends, so I won't be as responsive today.

Typically what I do when, as a provider, this is the situation is refund 100% and provide the work and add in extras.

Stuff happens and the process to compensate is, in my opinion, refund and provide above and beyond.

Well, @BassTrackerBoats i am not calling names or defaming him or anything but i was warned about this but after he approached me i thought i should try it and here we are.
They have the funds now and think they can just ask me to bugger off which ain't possible here.

No worries i am still waiting to see this resolved.

That would've been the easiest solution here.

I found myself in a similar situation 7 years ago when a client of mine got a 3rd party involved. The 3rd party deleted the website and my client was sending frantic messages to me about it in the wee hours of the morning. I created frequent backups, so the situation was resolved in less than an hour, but ultimately I would've refunded her if I couldn't restore the site as losing a bit of money is better than dealing with a disgruntled client and tanking my reputation.

Thank you for your help @Zwielicht i have forwarded all the required information by the seller.
I have already restored the database that was there before it was removed.

Hoping to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Both of you have contacted me accusing the other of playing games. These accusations do not help me resolve the situation

@jiftech, terryprince stated a few times in this shit list thread that the site was made (before it was deleted), it just wasn't up to the standards he was expecting.

Anyway, now that I can actually see the website, I can review what was delivered.

@jiftech, there's an unacceptable lack of detail in your sales thread, although your sales thread does state that your services are "bespoke tailored". However, the website you delivered is far from bespoke for the following reasons:
At this juncture, I can see why @TerryPrince was upset with what was delivered, although at the same time, I'm not sure what he was expecting to receive for $200.

@TerryPrince has already sent you the details. You have 1 week to either deliver the site in accordance with what you advertise or issue a full refund. However @jiftech, I won't deny that I can already see the scope creep going on with this project in the PM conversation. It would just be easier to refund the money, add more detail as to what you offer to your sales thread, and use this as an opportunity to revise how you handle these kinds of clients.

So @jiftech has decided to accuse me of watching and ignoring a PM conversation. He's been verbally warned not to do this again or risk receiving an infraction for mod abuse. My response to these accusations has been posted below, again for transparency purposes.

He's just buying time as i have been saying on every occasion because its been days since his WORK to be done and he has done nothing since then.

I would like to receive a 100$ refund to begin with as i don't want him to make banner's or thread designs.....
I'll PM you the Paypal email i want the money to be sent to and it should be sent as FNF to avoid future disputes and whatnot.

Well, i don't know if you're trying to be over smart or being naive because speaking about it isn't even imaginable. I would only speak with proof and no bluffs & i have never done that

I have NEVER changed a word i said. You're just out of excuses to make to buy extra time which won't be possible. The way you're doing is unbearable in any market. If you were on Fiverr or Upwork type platforms you would have been terminated by now for doing this kind of stuff.

He did check that and yet he tried to get your sympothy for just trying to be active and all.

I don't know what they are trying to do but LYING on every post and yet accusing everyone who don't buy their story is really sad.


I really do hate being in dispute which such a person who has no limits about how south he can go.
Waiting for this to be resolved and be updated about it all...
