    Sob story = scam, 100% of the time. You feel bad, so you don't publicly complain, and this allows the person to sell even more unfulfilled orders.

    Proof? One person opens a SL, and more come out of the woodwork.

    I've observed a number solid BHW members with BSTs spiral into a loss of reputation after working extremely hard to build a sold BHW standing.

    Is this an ego issue?

    By that I mean, why not pause the BST, settle the oustanding orders/issues and then go deal with life's issues?

    Once those issues are addressed, comer back to BHW and reactivate your BST and get back to businesss.

    Is it egos that's preventing this from happening?

    Without knowing his personal isssues, it should have been a no brainer for ContentExpert to pause his BST, as opposed to going through a SL on BHW.

    Many of those seemed to suffer from some kind of depression / mental issues due to personal circumstances or because they couldn't take the pressure anymore (being self-employed can surely be stressful). Depressed people don't act rationally but tend to hide and hope that everything will just go away somehow because they aren't able to cope with it anymore. I've witnessed this in RL often enough. Mental issues are a huge problem nowadays and ruin many lives.

    Songhort, I get what you're saying; my only thing is, why compound the issue(s)?

    I get what you're saying about not acting rationally, but maybe, just maybe, we can create a pathway that helps otherwise great citizens of BHW not fall out of grace.

    Maybe we can institute some stop-gap measures to protect everyone? The BST Seller going through the rough patch, as well as the buyer and potential buyers.

    Trying to regain one's reputation (after losing it) is like trying to swim upstream in turbulent waters.

    Make no mistake, there are definitely reasons why people end up running away with their customers money and there are also reasons why people continue to promise they'll deliver, and then don't. I have seen first hand some of the reasons behind this, so I am not judging content expert. Maybe he had a legit reason, maybe not, who knows. However, I opened the shitlist because I did not know the reason and more for other members of the forum than for me, I wanted it brought to light just to minimise any loses for other BHW members.

    Anyway, its all done and dusted now it would seem.

    Im loosing faith in bhw sellers. i have seen quite a bit sellers end up in the shit list for not delivering the service. A few of them end up getting banned. I see a lot of fake sellers that spam their threads with new accounts just to look legit.

    The amount of SL threads compared to the amount of sellers is quite minimal.

    In fact, there are many that do not even go live as many times it is miscommunication.

    In this situation that was not the case and in 99% of the other live ones that is not the case but that happens often.

    Buy from the ones that are trusted if you are concerned as there are more of them than sand particles on the beaches worldwide.

    He did reach out to me a few days ago to let me know he was getting back on his feet; no article or refund so far though but I’ll update the thread if there are any further developments.

    I hope he’s allowed right away he’s a good guy it’s just bad circumstances I know final decision is with mods to bring him back immediately but if it’s up for vote I vote to bring him back and hope this time he won’t mess it up
