    Timeline of events were as follows -

    1st January 2020
    Money sent via paypal ($75) for 1 x 500 word article and 1 x 1000 word article, receipt of money confirmed via PM conversation on BHW. Order acknowledged by contentexpert.

    22nd January 2020
    First article received by email.

    24th January
    Contentexpert confirms via PM that he is working on the second article and its coming along nicely.

    28th January
    Contentexpert confirms via PM that article will be delivered today.

    3rd February
    Contentexpert confirms via Skype that article will be delivered today.

    4th February
    Contentexpert confirms via Skype that article will be done in a couple of hours.

    4th February
    Contentexpert confirms via Skype the article is "just about there".

    10th February
    Contentexpert confirms via Skype the article is "prepared".

    22nd February
    Contentexpert confirms via Skype he is sending the article over "in a bit".

    22nd February
    Contentexpert confirms via BST that all open orders will be delivered in 72 hours. Reference -

    I have had the exact same experience with ContentExpert. Even asked for refund for several weeks which he didn't provide. I'd open shitlist as well, but not sure how to do it.
    I feel scammed for $50, he said 4-7 delivery, it's been like 2 months now. His support is slow AF, he usually reply once per week with "almost there" or similar.

    Update: I've chatted a bit wth him on Skype at the moment and he promised to deliver within 72 hours again. I trust he will do it this time, I will give another update when he delivers.

    For those interested in what those occurences were, I wrote a post. While my reasoning for late deliveries doesn't solve the problem I felt it was important for both my friends and clients here alike to understand.

    To those that I know here well, I'm sorry, deeply, to both the community and @davids355 and @JonasGreyHound.

    This isn't who I am nor what my service represents. @davids355 suggested to me that I pause my service as he knew all I had going on; I should have.

    It was poor foresight on my part to believe I could continue fulfilling client needs at the same capacity during my handling of the matters shared in my post above.

    As a service provider and proud member of this community I will, of course, make this right.

    I have your second article completed right now, sitting on my desktop, waiting to be sent over. At the moment, I'm reaponding from my phone and will be home in a few hours time.

    The third, cost-free article I offered for the unexpected delay I can have to you by tomorrow afternoon.

    Admitting to the issue rather than putting blame on the customer is a good first step. However, action on your part does need to be taken.

    You should've temporarily closed your sales threads rather than accepting more orders you could not fulfil, regardless of your financial or personal situations. If you still need your threads closed while you catch up on your pending orders, you can still request this.
    @davids355, do you feel this is an acceptable resolution to your dispute, assuming the order is fulfilled?
    @JonasGreyHound, please let us know if and when @ContentExpert delivers the article.
    How long have you been waiting for your content to be delivered? Please note that if the seller is still within their TAT, you cannot use this shit list thread as a means of communication.

    I ordered on 08Feb2020. Before I ordered I was told that I could be gotten in sometime that week.

    The sales thread states to inquire about the TAT as its based on their workload.

    @ContentExpert, I know you're going through a tough time right now, but I'll need you to respond to this within 72 hours.

    As a heads up, I'm not online on Thursdays and Fridays as these are my "weekends", however I will check up on this thread occasionally to see what's happening. While I know you two know better, please do not devolve this thread into an argument.

    It's been 72 hours and I still didn't receive the article. Yet again he gave a deadline and failed to deliver.
    His support is very friendly and nice, when he is available, so I'm sorry to give bad feedback. But seems like he hasn't changed and keep promising deadlines and then not honoring them.
    I believe he is a good guy and I hope he won't get banned, but at the very least he could refund me if he cannot deliver in a respectable time.

    Unfortunately, as @ContentExpert has been online and seen every post up to the one above my current post (according to multiple forum logs when I checked his account), I have no choice but to ban @ContentExpert for not addressing this shit list in the allotted time.

    @ContentExpert will be allowed back if he can provide @JonasGreyHound, @hanser26, and @davids355 with a refund. When or if the refund is issued, @ContentExpert may send in a support ticket using support.blackhatworld.com to have his account reinstated after we verify the refunds.

    As @JonasGreyHound, @hanser26, and @davids355 came forward with their issues, I will be in contact with them to get them free replacement articles from the content BSTs that I need to review here.

    Shit list rule #4 no longer applies to this thread, so members are free to comment as they please.

    Well this is sad, i liked ContentExpert he came across genuine and professional until this. The private issues also were really crap for him.

    I hope this eventually gets sorted out.

    I had the exact same experience with him. I did not want to post about it, since he said he was going through some serious issues. So I let him some slack. As noted above, even though he was supposedly going throigh rough times he was online every day on BHW for a lot of time. And seeing that the excuses are ongoing I think it's now a good time to tie a knot on the slack. I join in on this club.

    I have received a refund though! But wasted two months on waiting for him.

    Am I really the only one who thought he was a bit sketchy with how he marketed himself on the forum?
    I remember he was intentionally posting utterly useless replies for eternity on every front page of new BST (other people's BST's) created in order to get his name on there and market himself on BST's he didn't own or pay for. It was so obvious what he was doing. Not to mention the many useless threads he created which were also obvious hidden marketing attempts. I remember some people brought it up to him, and he wasn't very friendly about it.
    I would of never ordered from him based simply on how he acted here on the forums.

    This is really sad I had spoken to him before and he seemed professional, then I remember his thread where he mentioned all got messed up and it’s really sad that he didn’t follow the golden advice of pausing his thread all this could have been avoided. This is also a lesson for all sellers don’t take more than you can deliver because BHW will always make you money in the long run, don’t run after short term access

    Since nobody else has said it, I just want to chime in to say that @davids355 has created the most thorough example of what a Shitlist post should look like. There no need to click on external links to see the screenshot images, every update is clearly mentioned by date and with no fluff content, and it's just very easy to look at and know what's happened. The reference links were also very helpful.

    Unfortunate as the situation is, this example, in my opinion, should be the standard format SL threads should be written in. Very professional.
