Information For The Accused

@rootjazz - you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter

Please remain professional as name calling, insults, griping, tu quoque, and ad hominem will not be tolerated. Should the dispute starter resort to this, the dispute will be forfeit; and if the accused resorts to this, the dispute will automatically be in the dispute starter's favour.

If the focus of this thread shifts from trying to resolve the dispute to simply wanting to see the other party banned, the dispute will automatically be ruled in favour of the other party.

I recognise the OP username from emails received. It's my fault. I was meant to refund end of last week. It's a crypto refund so more involved than a normal payment processor refund. I needed my phone to 2FA login to sort it and it was in another room "i'll sort that later" and had some big issues in the software to sort and this and that... basically I forgot. Haven't checked emails since end of last week (due to ongoing issues) and not been online since Friday morning. Yes yes excuses excuses I know, but it's how things go sometimes.

Anyways, apologies to OP, they'll get their refund, just been busy. I'll sort it today

If you took care of things for your client you would not have to needed a DM notification and finding this would be as simple as having a look in this subforum.

This is the first time anyone has ever complained about no link in the warning for having a dispute thread.

Once you make the refund please post screenshots of the refund in here and also please be sure to hide any sensitive information in those screenshots.
