(Resolved) Dora Ann pretending not to be able to send me refund

After promising to create Google reviews for me I had to constantly follow up with this user. Sent them $130 via paypal.
Today I followed up again and lo and behold they cannot post google reviews anymore. So I asked for refund but this person is refusing to refund me
they claim I am the one that has to request refund. This option is not even available on my paypal. They are trying to make it extremely difficult and frustrating to that you give up or forget about funds and they keep your money. Bad person should not even have a thread open on BHW

@Dora Ann - you have 24 hours to respond to this shit list thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the Shit Lister and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. In the event that you're permanently banned from the forum, you may send in a support ticket using our support channel only once you've refunded and/or provided what the plaintiff has requested.

Information For The Accused & The Shit Lister

The moderator mediating this dispute is simply trying to fair a resolution to this dispute. Any mod abuse or accusations (e.g., "you're biased", "you're protecting scammers", etc) directed toward the moderator will not be tolerated and may result in an infraction for mod abuse.

Information For Other Members
If anyone else has the same issue with the accused, you may respond so long as you supply evidence in the form of screenshots, videos, etc.

I ask the buyer to ask a refund through Paypal. It will due on my account and give him a refund.

That ban cost them a lot more than the paltry sum they failed to refund.

But think about it, what kind of business does not have that lying around for a refund but says they are completely broke?

If they ran this like a business instead of grabbing a bunch of one-offs, they would be sitting in tall cotton instead of being on the permanently banned list.

You can get those reviews removed. No worries.

I find it rather amusing when people throw away their established account here for pennies when they could've resolved the issue and continue to earn more.

Not only that, if he refunded in a few days he may even had a chance of getting the account back. Now that's gone, and for no good reason other than to blow off steam.

They were not established.

Likely a bought account.. there are tons of them who usually respond in the want to buy section.. it's super easy to spot them.

1. Random account activity after zero posting period
2. They never open any sales threads to offer their services because they can't pass the mod-side service verification

They will return with a new account.

You can create a list of people who currently respond to WTB/HAF threads and check back after 6 months and the vast majority of them are gone, this is why I have always said, that if mods can't verify what you offer then you shouldn't be able to sell here.

Oh yeah, I've seen people applying relentlessly to all the WTB threads. I often wonder if they actually have multiple skills or if they're trying to scam the buyers.
