After I paid, he just starting make excuse and disappear.

Information For The Accused
@HerdEmblem - you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter
Please remain professional as name calling, insults, griping, tu quoque, and ad hominem will not be tolerated. Should the dispute starter resort to this, the dispute will be forfeit; and if the accused resorts to this, the dispute will automatically be in the dispute starter's favour.

Hello same situation here he said that delivery will be made in 5-10 minutes after that he mentioned that in thread is 24-48 hrs after passing this time no reply and no delivery made
 
I was also defrauded of $300, the case reported to the police. I will not let go.
 
is another important thing he use his wallet and all money he put in exchange xp is easy to find blockchain never lie

follow it and will bring u to exchange so make an acurate report like i did

It seems he got for at least like $1800, and now banned, Was it worth it for him to do so?
 
when you ban members, do you also ban their ip or other characteristics? they can just make new email and new ip and create new email and scam again?

You can't ban the IP of people using VPNs and proxies.

He is probably already back on BHW. He scammed people out of at least $1800. Why wouldn’t he come back to scam more?

Ban makes no sense here.
 
But you can have an historic of peoples who get banned like

Things that they sell to match their threads
Their telegram
Their skype
Even match the ips

This is very simple to do just pass on another account and do the same stuff every time

People are new here, new to the marketplace, and may have never bought before.

Are your suggestions still simple?
 
Im suggesting this the the forum ti check who sell stuff here and post thread not to a user because a user cant track the historic of the seller

And sure thing he oays thread and scam peoples for more than 2k

The only solution to this is KYC for sellers. However, even with that, people who use BHW solely to scam members will still find ways around it. Let’s not forget that, not too long ago, a service for that existed on here here until the FBI shut it down. The things you mentioned above can be changed in a heartbeat.
