I've deposited 10$ to test out more of services on SMMCOST since he gave me 1$ test deposit and everything was good, but when I deposited I never received my balance, created ticket on SMMCOST website and no replies, tried to contact him via BHW messages but still nothing...
Payment was sent via Cryptomus payment provider, good thing is that I sent just a little to test out more and this happens...

Ticket was marked as spam so i couldnt see
Because of less payment it wasnt completed automatically, now i confirmed. If customer send less payment system doesnt confirm payment automatically because wrong amount.

Thank you, problem solved and balance is added now.
While using cryptomus payment, idk if cryptomus counted fees with $10 amount, if needed I can send for fees too since its saying underpaid.

I am really sorry, we couldn't even see the ticket, the ticket was marked as spam by the system because the customer spammed the topic. Despite everything, I am doing my best to prevent messages from coming to the topic.

I deposited $100 via usdt trc20, but it's been 3 days and I haven't received the money yet. I created a ticket according to the instructions, as well as contacted via telegram/whatsapp but have not received any response.
I am a loyal customer of yours, before that I deposit automatically via PM, but now PM has stopped working, so I have to deposit manually via USDT. Pretty bad experience, please handle it.

As i see your payment is completed. Perfect money closed in country so payments are refusing by PM. Crypto Txid wasnt founded in ticket.
If you need add payment with crypto, you can use Cryptomus its confirming automatically if you send exact amount shown on screen.
