  • Dispute Summary: I purchased a 25k AWS credit account from @creditwala for 2500 USDT on May 30, 2025. Payment was made immediately, but despite multiple promises and excuses, the correct account has not been delivered. Initially, credentials for an account with zero credits were provided instead of the promised 25k credit account. Multiple follow-ups over 8 days have not resulted in delivery of the purchased account.

  • Evidence of the Issue:

  • What you hope to gain from this Dispute Resolution: Full refund of 2500 USDT

  • Additional Information: As an AWS account seller myself, I've noticed a concerning trend of sellers offering unrealistically low prices to scam buyers. This affects legitimate sellers and damages trust in our community. While I conduct my own business with honesty and offer escrow options to hesitant customers, I believe BHW would benefit from an official escrow service and stricter verification for account sellers. This would help protect both buyers and reputable sellers while maintaining the integrity of the marketplace.

At the time of my purchase on May 30, 2025, @creditwala was displaying as "Jr. VIP" with a signature that explicitly advertised "AWS Credits – $25K & $100K Accounts Available" (visible in the screenshots I provided). It was only after I sent formal dispute notice on June 5th that their profile suddenly changed from "Jr. VIP" to "Junior Member."
I believed I was dealing with an legitimate individual. I appreciate your assistance with this matter.

I sent the formal notification on June 5th, 2025 at 12:25 PM stating "Per BHW terms and conditions, this serves as formal notice that I will initiate a dispute if the account is not delivered within 48 hours."

It is now June 8th, 5:30 PM, which is over 77 hours since notification. I've included this notification in my evidence screenshots and followed all procedures as outlined in the dispute guidelines.

I appreciate your thorough review of this matter.

I have sent multiple notices through both BHW and Telegram:
  1. First formal notice on BHW: Thursday, June 5th at 12:25 PM (as shown in Image 1)
  2. Simultaneous notice on Telegram: June 5th at 11:25 AM (as shown in Image 2)
  3. Final notice on BHW: Yesterday at 1:05 AM, giving an additional 12 hours (also visible in Image 1)
I've attached the screenshots as evidence of these communications. I made these repeated attempts after multiple failed promises of delivery spanning over a week since payment on May 30th.

Thanks to the mods for handling this situation. Unfortunately, this is becoming all too common lately. These scammers follow the same playbook - they build some credibility with a Jr. VIP tag, post unrealistically low prices that legitimate sellers can't match, take payment, and vanish.

The most frustrating part? $2500 is gone just like that. I was saving for a car down payment, and now I'm back to square one. And @creditwala didn't even bother responding to the dispute - it's just another day for them.

This hurts all of us. Buyers get scammed. Legitimate sellers like myself get priced out because customers see these too-good-to-be-true offers and think we're overcharging. Then when buyers get burned, they lose trust in the entire marketplace.

Unless BHW implements some kind of escrow service, this cycle will continue. I'd gladly pay a fee for escrow protection, and I'm sure most honest buyers and sellers would too.

I'll keep offering escrow options to my customers, and I remain committed to conducting honest business on BHW, but we need stronger protections at the forum level. Too many people are getting hurt.

We are working on implementing that when we have Marketplace 2 going.

@BassTrackerBoats That's good news. An escrow system will help protect everyone and restore some badly needed trust. Looking forward to it.

I am really sorry this did not work out for you. That is no small sum, and I hope you can somehow recover from this.

@ContentExpert Thanks for your kind words. Yeah, it's a tough hit financially and emotionally. Been saving for months only to lose it in minutes. The hardest part is knowing there's probably no way to recover the funds. Just have to start saving again and be more careful next time.

Appreciate the support from the community. At least something positive might come from this if it helps others avoid the same trap.

In the interest of transparency, @creditwala DMed me shortly after this dispute went live to tell me they would be responding in a couple of hours time. Obviously they didn't. Really sorry you went through this, @Evatinob.

Thanks for the transparency @SettingSun77

This one really hurts financially, but I appreciate you and the mod team handling it professionally.

Learned an expensive lesson that'll stick with me for a while. Just hope my experience helps others avoid the same trap.

There is still a chance that @creditwala will contact support and work out what they owe you.

Although they have been banned, there are times people end up doing the right thing after the fact.

Just fyi I put up a 'Hire a freelancer' post regarding creating a script. I can make the scripts myself but I wanted to how much it would cost to outsource some of the work using this forum.

Well @creditwala DM'ed me with a quote. He wanted upfront payment for the script, which is understandable since I can just copy it and not pay. I figure it would be fair to send him something upfront, which I did but it was not much at all so I was ok with it. Well he never got back to me and took the money. It was nowhere near what @Evatinob lost here. I thought they were trustworthy because of the jr vip status. Then I realized there was an active dispute on them. By coincidence all of this happened around the time the dispute opened on them so this was defintely intentional.

O well lesson learned, and yeah there was defintely more I could have done on my part but just the JR VIP is a bit misleading, but yeah it does not make BHW look good. Now I am wary to post any 'Hire a freelancer'

Have you used an crypto exchange to make that transaction? repport the transaction under the crypto exchange . just because is crypto doesnt mean is lost .

He was a Jr. VIP - as soon as he secured the big payment, he knew his time was coming to an end here, and that he would be banned, so he requested a refund for his Jr. VIP status, too. That exit was organized.

That money is not coming back; he will never refund anyone.

I'm glad you know that.

A little background knowledge from someone who has been hanging in this subforum for a day or two... people refund more often than you think.

Please provide facts when you have them, as this comment was well beyond what I would expect from a Jr. Exec.

The screens OP provided show accused had a Jr.VIP tag.

But when the dispute was opened, the accused had no Jr.VIP tag, so they most likely asked for a refund on that.

There is a chance that their status has expired, but given their other scam reports, it is highly unlikely. We have seen this before.

I've seen 100 times what you have seen.

Maybe more.

I'm not discounting what you are saying, I'm saying you, as a Jr Exec, might want to believe the staff once in a while.
