@Arpito, the last two messages that you have written are just making me question your business practices more and more.

You are not able to provide evidence that you gave your service to this member. That is it. Nothing excuses that.

I need you to provide the service that they asked for.

What you are asking me is that almost literally this person has done business with me and also as an extra I must reimburse him for the service. I haven't denied having done business with anyone, but we did.

3 months later he only remembered that someone scammed him and he appears again. Isn't it obvious that someone behind just wants me banned?

I reported another account that told me the same thing, if in this dispute they didn't ban me then he was going to create another one later.

I'm not even in that business, I decided to start my own business, and yes I was a fool before but a fool, I've never scammed anyone.

The member has also not been able to upload any screenshoot or oroof where it is shown that he has not received his product, so why do you assume that i scammed him? If he has no evidence, only our conversation and my attitude from the beginning was admitting everything, I have nothing to hide and I'm sorry, before I was more inexperienced, it's not an excuse. I'm still learning.
I’m not asking you to believe me , just please understand my side. See my point, this is not right . Someone is trying to get me banned, please read my profile , i posted about this months ago , if I’m doing “scamming “ why i have so many spam?
Please just take a look behind of everything.

They don't see it but the coincidence is just there.

He doesn't have a conversation on telegram, I don't have one either, but my bot does have a record of a purchase, of exactly the same product, the same price and the account i talked to I’m not crazy, he talked with me. I don’t know which account he showed . Which also coincides with the same time in which the purchase was made because then I had to turn off my bot.

Aren't they many coincidences? Aren't these things that can happen in my favor?

Is this not valid at any point?

Because I have to accept that I have scammed someone when I have not.

Well deserved ban.

He had a good tactic, offering final product/bots in WTB section to people who was seeking the same, without offering his contact.

Then he go ghost mode and probably ignore DM on BHW if you reach there. He told he's full of spam messages lol.

But when you check for his profile (at a time) he had a Telegram contact https://imgur.com/a/xA5BSXh

I am not very familiar with TG but he used to manipulate that platform as much as possible, deleting all kind of footprints.

He even wonders how anybody could reach him via Telegram, when he never gave his username, but he removed his TG from profile during this dispute, lol.

There is no way he could contact me without first knowing my username, this is the same thing I say to all my clients, if you are my client you have to have my contact in telegram. On top of everything, he ignored closed deals via BHW DM and keep fighting here for 4 pages long.

He made himself into believing that world is against him. At least he has some skills. Just don't come back.

I really understand your job at least im tryin to understand it but this dude clearly deserved this Trust me ge tried to manipulate the situation multiple time thats why he got me mad and im sorry again for my behaviour he really frustrated me a lot im really sorry and i know and im tryin to understand ur hard part cz all that u guys doin is totally free for us and i really appreciate u @Impulse Specially <3 & Peace to all !...
 
The banned person kept emphasizing the time that had passed, but it was very unnecessary. Because if you cannot prove the validity of a service, cannot confirm the delivery you made, and if you acknowledge that you conducted business with this person, then if the person you traded with is expressing a complaint, you must either prove that you delivered without issues or comply with the decisions made by the administrator. This forum was lucky because someone approaching in this manner could have easily scammed many people at once and disappeared.
 
Damn! I thought this member was legit & seemed like offering some good tools. His bots looked promising and I was already planning to get some. This turned out to be a complete bummer. womp womp!
 
Hey guys. I don't know where else to post this but I made a dispute. Generally how long does it take for it to get approved? I got no word about it for 1 day now. Don't want anyone else getting scammed.

I also use Telegram as my main communication channel despite the risk that the other party can delete the whole conversation without my permission. Main reason I use it is because I find it really superior in maintaining a local searchable history - way better than Skype. I can pull up a conversation from years ago with it for any reference in a flash. Generally most people I have dealt with on Telegram from here are out for honest business. I was scammed however by one JrVip (he got banned a few weeks after -not surprisingly) some years back and I was helpless because he deleted the whole chat without notice. I had to lick my wounds because I had no evidence and could not start a dispute. So what I started doing after that experience is that, yes we could discuss there, but when its time to transact, other party must send me a detailed dm on BHW. We shouldn't throw away the baby with the bath water.

As for the banned member, if indeed he was innocent as he claimed, he should have just accepted that he had lost this one since he couldn't provide any evidence of delivery. no point going back and forth, at worst agree on a repayment plan or delivery since he didn't take adequate care to ensure delivery records were preserved and public. Pity, another one bites the dust.

Thank you for finally making a rational point, people tend to go crazy emotional about Telegram instead of just taking a step back and looking things more broadly. This app is just top notch for communication.
