Resnetworking RDP is legit or scam?

I buy today VPS through resnetworking website. Almost 4 hours complete. still not received any details. In past anyone tried this site. i pay on paypal via. its scam means i do disputes.

Please share your experience here. i read trustpilot reviews after only i buy it. but still now no response, i sent several mails, live chat, skype invite, whatsapp everything, no one response my message.

never heard of them, i googled it and found their website is showing launching soon page, how did you buy from them?
