residential static isp proxies that do not detect as "corporate" on maxmind?

Very rare, will be very hard to source. How long session time you need and why.

but they rotate within 5 to 10 minutes. right?
Real residential proxies rotate depending on how long the computer is being turned on or by natural IP rotation by its carrier(ISP).

Thats why you need to find proxy provider that offers real residentials that you can filter by GEO(city/state/country) and ASN(so your ISP stays the same).

Static residential proxies are usually ISP proxies that pretty much means they are static because those are business IPs(thus the corporate report by maxmind).

For this reason I said it would be incredibly hard to source what you are looking for.

do you have any provider recommendations?

i can see that most of the residential proxy providers have sticky ip ports which can keep the same ip for up to 30 minutes. will that be fine? won't it be too fast for "natural" rotation?
