Residential / mobile proxies on INSTAGRAM to not get my account SUSPENDED ?

I've been trying to create an Instagram account based on USA (for marketing purposes) but using VPNs have made it hard because Instagram suspends them in 1 hour or immediality, Ive heard that residental and mobile proxies help on that.
Any suggestion which one to use (And how can that be done) ? P.S. i dont operate using a personal wifi router but a public uni one.

VPN's will always raise red flags. You need rotating residential, Static ISP or mobile proxies. All have their pros and cons but will most likely solve your banning issues

Yes I have Android smartphones, the fact is that the public network is the only one available for me to use. Will this 4g proxies work in this situation ?

You dont have mobile data from your sim card or your own private network?

Got an USA sim card on which i use for TikTok to aim USA traffic. Cant put data on it because i live outside USA. What option would be possible knowing that the only possible network is through the public one? Will any premium VPN work in this situation ?
 
find a rotating 4g proxy. set a limit for the rotation so you wont get detected
 
dont use residential proxies for automation on Instagram. use only mobile proxies

To create abroad you need mobile proxy period. VPN is not good for anything social media related other than browsing

you can try residential proxy. in case you are creating multiple accounts, you should keep them separate by using 1 proxy + 1 profile antidetect browser fo 1 account

I have read that even the mobile proxies are all banned or shadowbanned on IG. Can you PM me some brands that aren't? Or post them if you don't want to PM.
