Reselling website

I have bought an affiliate website very cheap and could make quick money to sell them few days later. I can remember there exist some rules that the whois data can only be updated all 30 days? Still true? Any others painpoint when the owner of a website will change during 14 days?

Depending on where the domain is you can push the domain to another user on that same register
