Thinking of making a website to resell social media likes/subscriptions/followers... can this be successful or not really?

I think you should reconsider this plan. As far as I know, the social media niche is way too saturated. To get on page 1 of Google for any of those niches wouldn't be easy at all.
Yes make the website so you have a post on every service for SEO purposes IE: facebook likes twitter followers.........
1. find decent lists of keywords for each service, use SEO tiered link building.
2. use Video sites targeting each keyword, 10 services x 20 keywords each = 200 video
3. use places like slideshare, notepad, yahoo answers to get more traffic.
4. join big music, gaming and an other forum you can think of that would get you traffic by using a signature and join 20 forums and post 10 times a day on each = 300 posts a month per forum
5. social media facebook being the best, use the fake friends method and only accept people who come from a country who will have money to use the services.
6. go back to the first step and rinse and repeat.

You gotta differentiate yourself from the others.
If you just do what others do, it's a saturated niche. But if you offer something unique, then it's indeed a good business.

be careful, some sellers will give you low quality likes etc, looks spam / fake. it will hurt your business then.
better to resell from our marketplace.

Ha ha.. Yes.. fiver is deleting gigs after long time and reselling from fiver not works.
You can browse on BHW there are many sellers cheap prices then fiver..

Ok so some posts say it will work and others say it won't. Which is it? Can't be both!
I just tried that out. Targeted two "buy XXX followerS" keywords for two different social media platforms. Each gets a considerable low number of searches as I'm used to working with but each makes me an easy $900/month in profit.

That's a good idea. I did something similar in the past, I was giving likes at pages from addmefast and after I hed liked about 200 pages, go to the profile, go to likes and then go to every page and send them an standard offer for likes, for 1k, 2k, 5k, 10k.

You can't forget on getting traffic to your business OP. That's the #1 main thing you should also focus on as well, if there's no traffic how are you going to sell your services?
