Hello PPC Experts,

We are a design agency, we provide services like logo designing and website development. We want to direct google ads traffic to our live chat on the website. We have tried various strategies. We are able to get traffic to our lead form but were unable to divert traffic to our website live chat. We are using tawk.to.

Please let me know what we are missing because I am too frustrated doing lots of experiments and spending on google ads to divert traffic to live chat but unfortunately no luck.

Really Appreciate if you solve my problem.

Regards

You've mentioned that for your GAds campaign, that landing page has a lead form and a live chat. You mentioned that the lead form is getting filled and submitted, but no response to the live chat.
Website's live chat engagement happens in niches where the website visitors are seeking urgent help.
In niches such as your's, logo designing, web development, the website visitors are never seeking urgent help.
They first gather details from various providers and then decide. That is why you get lead forms submitted, but no live chat response : logo designing, web development : no one looks for urgent help.
So, in some cases (actually in almost all cases), when it comes to advertising, especially through Google Ads, understanding one's niche (business) is the most important thing, the campaign comes later. Both need to be aligned, otherwise expectations would be incorrect.
So, no issues with your campaign, as you are getting lead forms submitted.
The issue is not with your campaign. Infact, your campaign & landing page are quite good, because in a competitive niche you are still getting lead forms submitted.
I hope you take my suggestion positively.
However, other's may give you their suggestions and you may aggregate all suggestions & tips.

Have you tried force landing page to live chat? Like when a visitor opens page, on the botton right it automatically opens live chat. is it what you are talking about?
Thanks for your reply on the thread.

Yes, exactly. Live chat opens once visitor visits a page. But unfortunately no one respond on the live chat.

Hello Raj,

Thanks for your detailed response, what i have seen from my other competitors they are getting less lead submissions and more people coming on live chat window, they are on same niche like selling logo design and website development services.

It's good if we get more leads on submission but on logo design niche you need to close sale asap. Because clients will find any other person to work on the logo. It's best if we can get client on live chat. Is there a way or a trick that we can use?

Regards

@uslogostudio In that case, how is the settings for your website's live chat ? Does the chat interface display have the word "Online, click here to chat", etc ? Does it remain minimized (on bottom right or anywhere) until the visitors would click on it to chat ? If so, you can set it to get auto-maximized after 15 seconds (or so) upon visitor landing to your website, with a message such as "I am Veronica and it would be a pleasure to answer any questions you have. We have a 15% discount available for you".
And if you run your campaign 24/7, you will need to have the chats handled live 24/7. There is no point if the chat is set to submit name, email only, without an agent (person) attending the chat live.
That "We have a 15% discount for you" would be some motivation for the visitors to engage in the chat. Do not mention that 15% discount elsewhere on your website, let it be an enticement for a visitor to engage in chat. But ofcourse honor it if the visitor buys any of your services.
15% is just my rough figure (you can make it 10% or 20%, as per your profitability).
If something is working for some others, but not for you, then add some financial motivational enticement towards a potential buyer saving money upon him (or her) taking a certain action.

@uslogostudio Nice landing page. But, it seems, you did not properly understand my previous reply (no issues, I love to help with campaign related concerns). In your landing page, that "Avail 75% discount" is mentioned at the top of the lead submit form, so that is the visitor's enticement to fill and submit the form, with the chat (in the mind of the visitor) just being for clarifying any questions.
However, your objective is to get the visitors to engage in chat. Keeping your objective in mind, if I were you, I will remove that "Avail 75% discount" is mentioned at the top of the lead submit form. Let the lead submit form remain however, but without "Avail 75% discount" is mentioned at the top of the lead submit form. On the chat windows on top, where you have "Hi, there", replace that with "Chat live now, to get your special 75% discount". That will move a visitor's enticement more towards the chat rather than the form. Remember people love money and people get enticed towards saving money. You need to have a chat agent live available 24/7 if you are running the ad campaign 24/7, for grabbing the most.
And about any lead form submitted, remember 1 thing, apart from sending them an email reply, ALWAYS make a phone call as well, making sure that your caller is quite good in communication and good in your product's knowledge. It will obviously not be a spam phone call, as the visitor filled and submitted the form. Start the call with something like "Hi, I am abc calling from xyz logo designing, ready to give you your 75% discount right now ..." : Once again a financial enticement.
