Many of you keep saying that PR doesn't matter. I agree, I don't care about my PR at all, but PR have been decent way to give value to the website where you get your backlinks. Some service providers have already smarten up and started to give additional information like PA/DA or majestic flows and that's great. But as someone who spends at least 4 figs/month outsourcing, I would like to request every service provider to do so from now on. PR is not sufficient anymore and buying/selling links based on that factor is outdated and just a gamble nowadays. I used to boost my tiers with high pr blog comments, but I can't do that anymore until someone provides high PA/DA blog comments - and same goes with many other services.

So service providers, please notice that PR is outdated as selling factor and probably will be in the future also and adapt your services and sales arguments.

DA, PA and Citation Flow can easily be manipulated with pure spamming since its all about number of links from different C class IP's. However one thing which cannot be manipulated that easily is TRUST FLOW since that metric is calculated based on relevancy and many other factors like links from authority domains and it totally depends on what kind of service you are looking for and based on that you can decide.

So if you are looking for high quality links then look at the Trust Flow of the domain otherwise you can consider PA/DA..Anything above 20 is great and above 30 is awesome. I guess its the best replacement for PR is TF(Trust Flow) since TF cannot be manipulated with spam links just like how you can't increase your PR with low quality spammy links.

Yes it's possible to manipulate almost anything, PR included. But the point was that service providers should stop using PR as sales argument and start using other factors instead, even manipulated or not. PR just don't have informative value as it used to.
