First of all, i searched everywhere and did not found useful information.
I think can be any kind of hacking/trick.

I am sure you saw something like this before. For example, a singer/dj
upload a photo on his fan page, tagging fans is not enabled, but there
are some "personal accounts" tagged on the pictures.

Those "guys" receive tons of friend requests, followers... Can be really
useful for collecting targeted friends on fake accounts.

    Any information about this? BR!

Are you sure that those aren't tagged by the singer / band himself? I've never seen any fanpage where people got tagged from anybody else when it was disabled.

Really, i am sure. In this case, i know the dj personally. He doesnt know how people can be tagged on his photos. Tagging is not enabled. Usually are arab people, strange right? I uploadad a photo, 6 persons tagged in the example.

If you hover over it, it even shows you who tagged it. And 10 times out of 10 its the person. How are they doing this?

I'm not sure what you're talking about but checkout shakira there's not a single pic where someone is tagged as it has tagging disabled.
But i would like to see exactly what pages you're talking about.
