[REQ] Show content after press a like button

I need a php script that show a <div> after the user pressed the like button.

Example:
an user go on my website and before to submit a form, he has to press "A like button" before.
When "like button" is pressed:
a like post show in his wall:

Blablalbla like the X-SITE
####__
#img#__other content about the site
####__


and the site show the Submit button
