REQ: Need Twitter Auto Followers

I'm looking to build a collection of about 2,000 - 3,000 Twitter users who will auto follow me. They do not need to be targeted accounts nor do they all need to be humans. They can be bots, they can be your bots, as long as they are not constantly spamming and provide some useful information.

Any help is appreciated!
