[REQ] Need 300 pr2 do follow blog comment links with low OBL

Hi I need 300 pr2(minimum pr range,need to have few pr5 & 6 links too) do follow blog comment links,total link uniqueness should be no less then 60%,OBL no more then 90.My budget is $25,if anyone can do that please pm or skype(johneyboymedia).Dont waste my time or yours by haggling or trolling on this thread unnecessarily.
