[REQ] List of Pay-Per-Lead companies that are Europe friendly

I have searched Google extensively for PPL companies who pay for email submits. Heard bad things about Affiliano Network, so I don't want to join them. Any suggestions?

Oh yeah these need to be accept people from the United States of Europe!

So Nobody here does anything PPL in the UK without US proxies!!??
