Can some one suggest me reference material for increasing quality score.

Things which i have done for my pages:
A little help would be appreciated.

I have added title , metatagss , description , image alt tags , submitted sitemap , privay , tos , contact us page.
h1 , h2 tags for the keyword.
My ctr was 5% , so my quality score increased to 9 , and then it got reduced to 5 as my ctr got to 1.85%.
PS: this is not a new campaign , i have been using it for past 5 days.

I downloaded something similar a few days ago but cannot find the link now, so here it is again

The G algorithm is more complex than 'my CTR was this therefore I got this Q score'. Your Q score dropped because you were manually reviewed and by the sounds of it a new site with little history, backlinks etc
