    Hello all,

    I am looking for a autohotkey / macro express script (template), that allows me to change my IP through my dlink router. I understand that every router setup is different, but anything to start me off with is good.

    As for this moment, in order for me to change ip, I will need to do the following;

    1. type in 192.168.0.1 in my browser
    2. type in my username/pw (pop-up box)
    3. go to status tab
    4. left click on disconnect
    5. left click on connect

    Any hints?

    Please advise.

    I took your idea and made one real quick using IMACROS (Firefox addon)..

    Take what you can from this (i use dlink as well)

    Code:
    TAB T=1
    TAB CLOSEALLOTHERS
    URL GOTO=http://192.168.0.1/
    SET !ENCRYPTION NO
    TAG POS=1 TYPE=INPUT:PASSWORD FORM=NAME:myform ATTR=NAME:Password CONTENT=PASSWORD
    TAG POS=1 TYPE=INPUT:BUTTON FORM=NAME:myform ATTR=NAME:Login&&VALUE:Log<SP>In
    URL GOTO=http://192.168.0.1/Status_Device_Info.html
    TAG POS=1 TYPE=INPUT:BUTTON FORM=NAME:mainform ATTR=VALUE:DHCP<SP>Release
    WAIT SECONDS=10
    TAG POS=1 TYPE=INPUT:BUTTON FORM=NAME:mainform ATTR=VALUE:DHCP<SP>Renew

    Try out Imacros they write the coding for you as you record. Make sure you set the "click mode" to HTM instead of X/Y positioning. You'll know what im talking about when you get there. Try it out. don't take long at all.
