1- Does reposting work these days? For example, changing the posts and downloading and uploading the same media.
2- I have seen a few people getting 1M impressions, their posts are spam. So, what are the tricks working these days?

It works, especially if you change the media a bit, so it's technically new/different. But as anything, it doesn't work for everybody and it matters exactly how you implement it.

Still works, although you'll want to explore your options as it isn't as immediately effective as it used to be (not to say it worked quickly back then, but just comparatively).
