Viral funny images and memes from Instagram to my site, is that ok? Any risks of getting a cease and decist? Anyone got sued doing it, would you recommend it, if not why?
For the case of Marvel and other studios movies images, if you look on sites that sells licensed images like shutterstock and gettyimages, all you will find are some weird and unusable action figures photos and none of the spectacular ones from the movies that are attractive.
So tell me now, how are all those other sites deliberately reposting all those funny images and screenshots from movies, without fear of being sued, and I think they should be more scared than me as they are US based, while I'm not.
does it mean it's totally ok to do this?
Cordially.
