It's probably something you have installed on your website, maybe a player,or widget that has been detected as malware etc.. just get rid of whatever component it is and that should clear it up. I had the same problem, same message and just removed it.:nemoflow:

A lot of times frames on some sites do this. I have also seen it in redirect url's as well.

Check your pages for <iframe> injections. This is very common right now. If someone has injected code into your pages it is likely that you have a virus on your PC and they have stolen your stored FTP credentials to login and inject the iframes.

If that is the case download AntiVir or something similar and do a complete scan of your PC.
Once your PC is clean change the FTP password with your host.
    Clean/upload your site.

I should also mention that to get the warning page off your site, after it is clean: go to http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools and Request a Review of your site. It takes about 12 hours or so but the warning message should come down.

    Absolutely.

I can't believe this is happening to so many people. Only last week one of my sites was attacked. It was a redirection to some .RU domain and Webmaster tools reported some trojans.

Luckily I was able to act quickly. I cleaned my entire FTP folder and republished the site from the last backup that I had. (Its a very good idea to maintain backups). I did exactly like dupree1 said for requesting the review. It didn't even take that long, took only 3 hours and I was back.

I later went on to change my host since I had other better options in hand. The entire episode lasted about 12 hours and I thought I was pretty quick in getting things under control. However, I later found out that I was not ranking on page 1,2 and even 3 for a lot of my keywords.

    So please act fast !

Yeah... I've seen legit sites go down for using sketchy ad networks... some of the JS and flash ads from the sketchy network were actually what google was complaining about.

From what I see, there has been a substantial amount of increased web attacks lately. Not sure whats going on in the hacker world but it makes life hard for those who are attacked. Hopefully more site admins close those security leaks and learn from it the first time around.
