What kind of report do people give after designing a site and delivering it... like a tech report.. Is there any samples used..

I know it will be different with SEO as there will be graphs and success of keywords etc. but I was wondering on just delivering a site with design, content, plugins etc..
Do you give them report of whats on it?

Often they deliver a "specification sheet" (I hope this is the right word?" in which is written down how the website looked before they worked on it, the demands of the customer and a short documentation on what they have done.

Most freelancers I've had work for me typically include everything in the proposal(# pages, wireframes, nav layout, plugins to be used), and when the website is complete I just get a final bill.

Same here. Client should know what is happening before any work begins via a proposal and then you can walk them through that on completion. For web design/programming, there isn't really going to be a report like there is with marketing/SEO work. There's the tasks that need to get done in the proposal and then they are done and that's it. Maybe just a checklist that you reiterate everything you've done on?
