Website offers a service. It shows on the first page in Google when searching "free service" . But they do not offer anything for free, their service is paid. Is there a way to report to Google for showing irrelevant results ?

Why bother? There are thousands of websites advertising free stuff that isn't free, I wouldn't worry about it.

Does the site in question outrank your site? If not, why it bother you that much that you want to report it? If yes! work on your site and outrank it. Don't be a rat....

Why do you want to rank for providing a free service, if your service isn't free?

If you think this traffic will convert to sales, you can do it too, just offer the second month free, or a second visit free after the first paid one, or buy 2 get one free and you will rank up there with him.

I have a free computer repair website, and making money of freebie seekers is tough. Good luck.

Whatever service it is , it's better to rank for cheap or affordable, not free. At lease these searchers expect to pay something.
