Replicated Website

I need to know what's the easiest way to make a replicated website.

I have a site, and going to be offering people a chance to get a website just like mine except with their details built into the page.


Does anyone know of a script i could use to do this? I know there's plenty out there...but they also cost quite a bit of money.

Any help is appreciated!

will you host the site you sell them in subdomains? or will you just be allowing them to download a backed up copy of your site with edited code with their names info and all that?
