I sold 10 iphone cases that I legitimately didn't know were reps till I had already sold them. Ok, I had one buyer email me saying item arrived broken but the companies tech support said they'd fix it. Should I fight to get it back or just let it go and say I didn't know till it was too late or I picked them up at a yard sale? If they try to come back on me. Because it was a legit account. I haven't sold anymore since then.

I would email the seller and say you will replace it free of charge.

Otherwise this is going to happen:
Buyer ships product to manufacturer.
Manufacturer sees its fake
Manufacturer contacts buyer
Buyer contacts ebay/paypal
Negative feedback
Manufacture asks where he got it from
Manufacturer contacts ebay/paypal
Ebay/paypal gives your information--bans your account

Don't open that can of worms.

I have refunded the buyer and asked for it to be returned to me. They have already left feedback. Just hope they haven't already sent it in.

In future, clarify before you sell replica's because they are cracking down on people hard these days.
