Removing mysql killig me !!!!

I am trying to uninstall mysql and I have deleted everything I could find and I keep getting the error.. the my old pass word is needed.. to access the correct port...

I have all hidden folders viewable and i am doing a search for anything related to mysql and I keep getting the error...

This is my 6th attempt...

Can anyone help me please !!!

Also I have checked services and used the sc command in cmd to completely remove it... no luck !

And I am running XP if that makes a difference....
