One of my GMBs got hijacked a few weeks back. It was a GMB that I purchased back in 2021 and did not have the email access to it. The other day I was checking a couple rankings and noticed it was no longer using my number and pointing to a leadgen site. I do not know how I am going to get it back. If anyone has any suggestions that would be great.
For me the next best alternative of getting it back is just to figure out a way to have google remove or delete it. The reason I want to remove it instead of letting it be is that the new leadgen stuff is pointing to a crappy site thats damaging the brand i built up. Multiple reviews already coming in with customers angry that after they fill out the form they are getting blownup with calls etc.
I cant call the numbers to remove it cause its some payper call leadgen , and the site has no email and the form is lead gent
