I have content published on a site that I don't own and the owner is not responsive. Obviously I have no access to the header or administrative rights. I've thought about changing the content to a repeated word 500 times with the hope that Google will see that repetition as spam and see a lack of correlation between the URL and the content.

Any thoughts? Has anyone tried this? Has anyone had success with alternative methods? The site isn't a juggernaut, but I couldn't damage the overall site if I tried, nor would I want that, since I have a lot of beneficial content on the site.

    Thanks in advance.

unfortunately there's nothing you can really do. If it's stolen content you could submit a DMCA notice but that's about it.

Foolish or not, I kinda think spammy words might do it. I'll report back if it works.

it used to work via webmster tools.. you could take any site off the index

what you are doing now is getting it into the supplemental intex. thats different.
