Remote uploading

Hello, Im new here and have some questions. Before writing this threat I used search and find nothing. Maybe someone could explain how remote uploading works. I heard that people who have low upload speed use this method. They upload files to uploading.com or hotfile.com very fast and with help of forum poster they make 4 or 5 dollars per day. Its not very much but it is enough to buy some beer;D.
