remarketing tags?

I have Google Analytics, so I can use that for Google retargeting. Can I also add a Bing remarketing tag (called a UET, I think) or would there be conflicts.

Also, a Facebook tag would only go on my Facebook page. I would not need a facebook tag on my blog.

I listened to a podcast and now I am worried about missing out on something. FOMO. So I want to put everything on. LOL.
Would there be conflicts between Google and Bing?
What about Facebook?

With remarketing you put tracking tags on the pages you want to build audiences for. For example you can build audience from your product pages and when people roam the web in general they will continue to see the last product they viewed from your website in ads on other pages. You have to read the docs for each platform because there are minor differences but in general you put the tags on pages you want to build audiences from.
