I searched my domain on WayBackMachine & it was live since 2009. I just registered it on Godaddy & checked domain age on various tools available online.

All of them except one shows domain age as 0years 0 days. Am I doing something wrong.

I want to build it for PBN...it's my first domain of first PBN.

Send me the domain over a pm, I will take a look at what's wrong with it if you want.

Well, you just registered, not renew, a domain that had history. The links are still live (hopefully?) so it's still good for your SEO efforts. You can also buy soon-to-expire domains, which will retain their age, but they will be more expensive ;)

Try another thing. I think you may be done wrong. Try to recover it. Hope you can easily recover your domain.

Screenshot shows DA20 PA34 & Age as 0years 0 days. Also, it shows First Seen as 2009.

When you register a expired domain. Age resets. If you buy a expiring one at a auction it keeps its Age

Oh I see....thanks. But as it was registered originally in 2009 & has pretty good metrices, do you think it will give me a good link juice. And will Google treat it as 7 years old domain or fresh one?

    Utter nonsense.

I have no idea why I am even bothering to help out newbies, when they listen to bullcrap. But whatever really.

Not to mention, the age of the domain is completely useless as a metric whatsoever, becuase it's all about the age... of the content.

No, you are not right at all. But as I said, it does not matter too much anyway.

As I understand since the domain was dropped the age is reset. The FS is to first seen, or first time the domain was ever registed
