Do you need to regenerate sitemap every time you added new post/page?
For WP specific plugins do that automatically. Two examples:
Google XML sitemaps
They dont work well together. If you go for the first, but you also need the second for other purposes, make sure you disable sitemap from Yoast options.
Yeah you would submit the sitemap again once you make a new post in the site.
Because search engines will crawl your site frequently if your content changes more often.
Yeah there will be some software available once you make the new posts it will automatically re submit the sitemap after that the search engines will crawl.
Any sitemap plugin will automatically do that.
But i only meant for html page not wordpress/joomla/drupal
Page & Post are both WP terms. You have never mentioned html. Good luck!
If you have WP, Yoast SEO does this on auto. If you do not, then YES you need to find a plugin/add-on that does this for you every time.
Separate names with a comma.
