If your website going to have millions of users a day then you'll need a web hosting which can provide such a huge bandwidth and defiantly you'll need a network port bigger than 1GB and a dedicated server.

+1 for hostwinds. I've used them before and never regretted.

Forgive my skeptisim [no doubt my ignorance], but, let me get this straight, you're developing a new website, that's going to have "millions of users in a day" and you're in here.....asking us....about server bandwidth?

    horse before the cart ?

No need to go full on from the beginning , get a small cloud server (will be cheaper) in the beginning and if you grow fast enough , move to a dedi + cloudflare ..

Just get a shared hosting and start from there. That will be best advice you will get I suppose. You are a fool if you are buying a dedicated for something that's in your mind and is not real yet.
