Hello, I have a quick question. My PayPal is currently in negative balance due to a chargebacker. If I am unable to pay the negative balance off in the time they give me (heard it's around 2-3 months), they start to send debt collection letters to your address. However everything on the account is fake except my name. My real address was on it when I first created the account but then I changed it to a fake one long time ago. Will they send the letters to my old address also?

i don't think so, but they have it in file, so i guess all boils down to the amount you owe to paypal, if it's big enough for them to look deeper, maybe they will be able to reach you
