Hey, I am not a programmer and like most people have no clue how to write a reg expression. I want to process some text from an RSS Feed to strip out any flash and js tags, and also look for a phone # or email and replace that with a link.
Any suggestions on learning or any ways to skip learning and just use a web app of sorts?

Thanks.

I found this really cool web app to test regex a few weeks ago, but I'm having trouble finding it. Being able to write regular expressions is a very, very handy skill to have. In the interim, check out http://regexlib.com/ They have a indexed library of regular expressions and a simple little web app to test them.
